Livsglede for Seniors strengthens competence in joie de vivre homes with MentorKit

The Foundation for Joy of Life for the Elderly works to create more meaning, activity and joy of life in the everyday lives of the elderly – among other things through the concept of Joy of Life. To ensure common understanding, quality and anchoring in the work, they need structured and accessible training for employees at institutions that are to become certified joie de vivre homes.

Livsglede for Eldre has purchased several licenses for MentorKit Course Creator, so that they can develop and further develop digital courses internally with several course developers in parallel. To get started quickly and ensure a coherent structure, they have used MentorKit Assist. Together, we have structured the course courses, defined the pedagogical structure and established clear templates that make it easy to produce new content with consistent and high quality.

The result is an efficient production process where the professionals can focus on the content and dissemination of the philosophy of joie de vivre – while the courses maintain a professional and well-prepared standard.

The courses are distributed and managed in MentorKit LMS Classic, which serves as a learning portal for employees at the institutions. Here, participants get easy access to the training, while the administration has a full overview of implementation, progression and status.
