With inspectors and advisers spread across regional offices nationwide, keeping everyone aligned on procedures, regulations, and updates to the Working Environment Act was a recurring challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relying on in-person sessions and static documents made training slow to roll out, hard to keep up to date, and difficult to document for a public body that must demonstrate accountability. Training needed to be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Consistent across all regional offices<\/li><li>Easy to update when regulations change<\/li><li>Accessible on any device, in the field or at the office<\/li><li>Simple to document and report on<\/li><li>Built and maintained by their own staff<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arbeidstilsynet needed a digital learning solution that gave them full control over both content and delivery \u2014 hosted securely and compliant with Norwegian and EU requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00f6sningen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working closely with Arbeidstilsynet, we helped digitalise their training using <a href=\"https:\/\/mentorkit.com\/se\/suite-classic-integrated-course-creation-lms-platform\/\">MentorKit Sviten Klassisk<\/a> \u2014 the integrated combination of <a href=\"https:\/\/mentorkit.com\/se\/mentorkit-course-creator-authoring-tool\/\">MentorKit Kursmakare<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/mentorkit.com\/se\/lms-classic-learning-management-system\/\">MentorKit LMS Klassisk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tillsammans g\u00f6r vi det:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enabled their own experts to build and update interactive courses without any coding<\/li><li>Standardised onboarding and regulatory training into structured, repeatable course packages<\/li><li>Delivered and tracked all training centrally, with progress and completion data in one place<\/li><li>Made every course mobile-friendly, so staff can learn in the field or at the office<\/li><li>Gave administrators clear reporting for documentation and audits<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With MentorKit, Arbeidstilsynet can keep training consistent, current, and well-documented across the entire organisation \u2014 while retaining full ownership of their content and data on a secure, Norwegian-hosted
